Coop restaurants throughout Switzerland are taking part in Veganuary again. All daily veggie meals will be vegan in January. In addition, the Coop restaurants will be choosing from around 1,900 vegan recipes to add to the varied salad and side dish buffets. In short, we will be offering well-balanced and tasty vegan specialities throughout our range.
New this year are our weekly vegan sandwiches, such as the spelt roll with fried king oyster mushrooms and guacamole or the rustic roll with grilled vegetables, hummus and ajvar.
