Sustainability is a top priority for Coop restaurants. All of our restaurants have been awarded the 1★ Bio Cuisine label from Bio Suisse – this reflects the high proportion of carefully selected organic ingredients, which are freshly prepared every day.
We place great importance on regional origin. Our beef, veal and pork comes almost exclusively from Switzerland. Every day, you can look forward to a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes. To support fair trade, we use products from Fairtrade Max Havelaar.
To combat plastic waste, we use reCIRCLE reusable tableware and the Coop thermos cup, and promote the reduction of disposable plastic. Our fish range is ASC- or MSC-certified, and our coffee, milk and sugar are Bio Bud products.
