Coop restaurants have a long tradition that spans more than 70 years and has seen many changes over time. The journey began in 1964 with the opening of the first Coop restaurant in Rorschach, SG. Over the years, the network of locations has been continuously expanded and complemented by additional brands. Furthermore, since 2015, all Coop restaurants have been part of an ongoing national modernization strategy, making them even more appealing and comfortable for our guests.
