$Behind the scenes$ – how the dishes came about

Embark on a delightful journey of discovery filled with culinary surprises – with award-winning creations from our cooking competition "Your recipe for Switzerland". Our panel of experts has selected 12 delicious recipes for you from over 120 submissions.

In close collaboration with Betty Bossi and our competition winners, the recipes were adapted and refined for professional restaurant kitchens. In addition, the winners took part in the photo shoot, where they presented their own dish, and enjoyed an exclusive look behind the scenes.

Finally, the winners will be able to enjoy their dish together with nine guests at a Coop restaurant of their choice.

From 3 to 16 September, you will have the opportunity to savour a new speciality daily at every Coop restaurant in Switzerland.
